· One year of full-time work experience highly relevant to the nominated position, or an equivalent two years of part-time work experience within the past 24 months

· Functional English requirements, i.e. Ielts 4 4.5 or equivalent

· Purchase appropriate health insurance and meet health and character requirements

· There is no record of visa cancellation or refusal

· Applicants are required to have a qualified third party company draft a training plan

Application Requirements (Employer)

· The employer needs to be an Australian organization legally established and operating in Australia, such as a corporation, partnership, non-profit organization, etc

· Employers must provide on-the-job training directly and have a clean business record

· The employer needs to pass the sponsorship qualification audit before it can nominate the corresponding employee (i.e. the applicant).

· The Immigration Bureau does not have clear requirements on the income and enterprise scale of the employer, which should be analyzed according to the specific situation
