188E Australian Business Innovation and Investment Visa

Project introduction

Australian Investor Immigration is designed to attract foreign investors to invest and settle in Australia. The main categories of immigrant investors include 188 and 132. Under these categories, applicants are required to meet certain investment amount requirements and meet other criteria, such as business experience, health status, and background checks. Successful applicants can obtain permanent residency in Australia and enjoy Australia's quality education, healthcare and living environment. Australia 188E visa is a set of investment, entrepreneurship, immigration as a whole, also known as the entrepreneur visa of Australia investment immigrant visa. Victoria:

· Entrepreneurship must have innovative concepts (including ideas, products, and processes to provide better progress solutions for job creation and social economy, not only limited to innovative products, but also innovative methods)

· Provide a business plan and how can it benefit Victoria

· Demonstrate that innovative activities can contribute to the development of Victoria by:

To meet the needs of Victorian industry

④ Bring jobs to Victoria

⑤ Register a patent or trademark


· The applicant and family members have sufficient funds to settle in Victoria

· Live in Victoria during entrepreneurial activities


South Australia:


· Under 55 years of age (exempt by state government)

· Language scores of 4 6s or equivalent

· Proof that you will settle in South Australia

Demonstrate that a South Australia-based company will be established that has a strong potential to meet the Department of Home Affairs Class 888 Entrepreneur Visa criteria within 5 years, including the achievement of these success factors

Application process

① sign a contract

② Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Business Immigration

③ Receive state sponsorship nomination and EOI invitation for visa application

④ Submit Australia investor visa application within 60 days, complete medical examination, no criminal record certificate

⑤ After obtaining the visa, you can start the corresponding business, and you can apply for a permanent residence visa after meeting the conditions
