The 188C visa, often referred to as the Significant Investor Visa, is a four-year resident visa for those who have financial strength and are willing to make a $5 million compliant investment in Australia. After the visa is approved, the applicant can transfer to the 888C permanent residence visa after maintaining a compliant investment of 5 million yuan for four years and meeting certain residence conditions.
