Project introduction
The 188C visa, often referred to as the Significant Investor Visa, is a four-year resident visa for those who have financial strength and are willing to make a $5 million compliant investment in Australia. It is suitable for high assets and high incomes. After the visa is approved, the applicant can transfer to the 888C permanent residence visa after maintaining a compliant investment of 5 million yuan for four years and meeting certain residence conditions.

Application conditions
· Be nominated by state/Territory governments or Austrade and invited to apply for a visa
· Have at least AUD 5 million in assets
· Invest at least AUD 5 million in the designated investment area before visa approval
At least A $1 million invested in an eligible Australian venture capital or growth private equity fund (VC/PE) that invests in startups or small private companies
At least $1.5 million invested in a managed fund or listed investment company (LIC) that is eligible and invests in emerging companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX)
· $2.5 million invested in a fund portfolio or listed investment company
· Never engaged in illegal business or investment activities
· Undertake not to Sue the federal government for any loss of assets resulting from these investments
