Australia 191 Permanent Residence Visa applications have been officially opened on 18 November 2022, 191 visas can be applied through two channels, namely remote Area Provisional Visa Transfer 191 channel or Hong Kong /BNO passport channel. Remote Area Provisional Visa Transfer Channel 191: The applicant must have lived and worked continuously in a remote area of Australia for three years with a valid visa (including 491 and 494 visas), and there is no minimum income threshold for the applicant's taxable income. Hong Kong /BNO Passport Channel: Applicants only need to have lived continuously in a remote area of Australia for 3 years with a valid visa (including 457, 482 or 485 visas) to apply!

· Unlimited travel to and from Australia for 5 years

· Apply for Australian citizenship

Provisional Visa transfer for remote areas to Channel 191

· Held a 491/494 visa for three years

· Comply with visa conditions 491/494

· Must continuously live in a designated remote area for three years

· At least three years of Australian Taxation Office tax assessment

· The applicant must meet health requirements, which also apply to any family member with whom the applicant is applying for a visa

· Applicants must meet character requirements, which also apply to family members aged 16 and over who are applying for a visa together

· Applicants and their family members over 16 years of age are required to sign the Australian Values Statement

Hong Kong /BNO Passport Channel

· Held 485/482/457 visa for three years

· A 485/482/457 visa holder living in a remote area of Australia for three years

· The applicant must meet health requirements, which also apply to any family member with whom the applicant is applying for a visa

· Applicants must meet character requirements, which also apply to family members aged 16 and over who are applying for a visa together

· Applicants and their family members over 16 years of age are required to sign the Australian Values Statement

① Before applying, the applicant must organize and prepare the documents

②The applicant will be required to provide identity, occupation and other documents to prove that the applicant has complied with the visa conditions in Australia. Applicants are also required to provide documentation of the applicant's partner and any dependent children.

③The visa can be applied for online. At the time of application, the applicant may be in or outside Australia.

④ The Immigration Department will notify the applicant after receiving the applicant's application. If the applicant has been granted a transitional visa, the applicant will receive a visa approval notice.

⑤The applicant may be in or outside Australia when the Immigration Department determines the applicant's visa application. Uscis will notify the applicant of its decision in writing.
