Project introduction
The Fiance/Wife visa is a temporary visa that allows the prospective spouse of an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen to enter Australia to marry before the end of the visa period. The visa is valid for nine months, and applicants can apply for an 820 or 801 spouse visa after obtaining a 300 visa and completing marriage registration in Australia.

Application conditions

· The relationship between the applicant and the unmarried Australian spouse is authentic
· The Australian unmarried spouse agrees to sponsor the applicant as a guarantor
· Have successfully sponsored more than 2 people to obtain spouse reunion visa or 300 visa
· Held a spouse's reunion visa or 300 visa for the last 5 years
· Has sponsored for a spousal reunion visa or 300 visas for more than 2 persons
· Sponsored a spousal reunion visa or 300 visa in the past 5 years
