Quality Training and Hospitality College (QTHC) was established in 1992 and has two campuses in Sydney and Adelaide. It is a professional school specializing in commercial cooking and catering management.

QTHC offers state-of-the-art cooking facilities and an experimental kitchen where students specialise in culinary techniques led by experienced chefs from the culinary world. The school assists students in finding third-party internship agencies through various government programs, subsidizes the cost of insurance during the internship, and provides students with volunteer/paid internship and apprenticeship opportunities in related industries through job placement.
